Summary

Gawafa is a coordination tool. We help people find others to do activities with. We do not run events, supervise meetups, or guarantee anyone's safety or behavior. By using the app, you agree to be a decent person, take responsibility for your own physical safety, and accept that the reliability score is informational only.

1. Who We Are

Gawafa is an app that lets people organize and join small-group in-person activities. We provide coordination tools — nothing more. We are not an event organizer, sports club, employer, or supervisor of any activity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gawafa.

3. Safety Disclaimer

Physical activity and meeting strangers carry inherent risks. By using Gawafa to organize or join any activity, you acknowledge those risks and agree that you are responsible for your own safety. Gawafa provides no supervision, emergency response, or safety guarantees.

4. Your Conduct

You agree not to harass other users, create fake activities, repeatedly no-show, impersonate others, or use the platform for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Reliability Score

Your reliability score is informational only. It is not a background check, a guarantee of future behavior, or an endorsement by Gawafa.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gawafa is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform or participation in any activity coordinated through it.
