The Facilitation program is a year-long professional development journey designed for bab volunteers and
community facilitators who want to lead groups with clarity, inclusion, and integrity.
Program Snapshot:
• Duration: 12 months
• Format Quarterly workshops
• Approach Practice-based and reflective
• Standards Aligned with International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
The Learning Journey
• Q1: Foundations – presence, safety, group dynamics
• Q2: Design – purpose, questions, inclusive structures
• Q3: Dynamics – power, emotion, conflict, repair
• Q4: Integration – ethics, bias, facilitator identity
